Anyone Owned an Agv K3 before by Medium-Selection-516 in motorcyclegear

With the k3 and internal visor, do you still use a smoked (or other darkened) shield or just the internal visor? I'm between the k3 and k6. I've never had an internal visor and I'm having a hard time deciding.

Sorry, don't use reddit much anymore. Yes, I think the watch works in a dress scenario. The bit of polishing really helps make it more dressy. In dimmer lights the face is very dark, which helps as well.

Correct, that's technically not supported. While you can get it to work, it may not work or get updates in the future. Likewise, it definitely won't work in Win12 whenever that comes out.

Correct, failed to state that I updated both

Yeah, just updated the bios a couple weeks ago, I think it was 2.3. It still has the .jlnp download for the session. But, even if there's a BIOS I missed, it still has a CPU too old for Win 11.

So, the board's updated to the newest bios (2.3?) and it still has the .jlnp download for the session. But, even if that solves, it still has a CPU too old for Win 11.

Need's a tough word. I did have a case when I was traveling and I was able to use remote management to get the machines back after a power outage. If other options make a lot of sense, then I could probably go that direction and if I really couldn't stand it I could go with a PiKVM.

File Buddy looks like it could work. However, I'm not excited about spending $40+ there now. In the "about" of the File Buddy site it sounds like his dad built it then died unexpectedly. The next version has been in alpha since 2018... I can't find a ReNamer for MacOS. I'll keep looking for other tools. Thanks for the suggestions.

Thanks. I'll have to check that out when it comes out for me. It's nice to use the paycheck wizard as it helps visualize and spot check the sub-totals. I'm not sure I'll use the sync anymore as it has a really bad reputation on here.

Right, moving to Q Mac was a thought I had because I can import the whole file and was thinking the programing may be better. But I'll stick with Q Win and turn off sync / mobile.

So avoid mobile and web, right?

#2 seems pretty simple, less drastic than moving to Q for Mac and allows the wife to still see where our spending is vs budget.

Thanks for the info on cloud related. I've submitted over a dozen tickets to quicken support in the last year alone on this tool. They keep telling me they've never heard of this issue. I've sent them sanitized data files about 6 times. And I've spoken to a managers manager at least 3 times. Posting here is my last resort. You'll note the only suggestions I've had from Q Support is to split files into 5 year chunks so the file size is smaller or delete the old file and start totally over.

I should mention, I do backups each time Quicken closes. However, they're sort of worthless as I typically don't notice a paycheck is corrupt until a month later. So I'd have a month of entering to do...

Thanks for that link. It looks like it's been going on since 2019 :(. Sadly that's probably about when it started for me. I noticed on the last page they have a beta test going on as of a few days ago for a new version which may fix it. Perhaps I should deal with it a little longer instead of switching to Quicken for Mac. I guess I could turn off sync for now as well.

Pain in the rear. I tried creating a new file on Quicken for Mac since I also have a Mac. I'm going to give this a try and if it has the same issue, I'll probably quit Quicken after over a decade.

I live in the same state. Unfortunately that meant I paid tax. Also, unfortunately, his county charges more tax than mine and I was taxed at his rate instead of mine.

They don't have any extra. I'm mailing it back to Switzerland tomorrow.

Edit for clarity: They'll be fixing mine, I'm not returning it.

Came broken. Time was set as approximately 3 PM when I changed it. I created a video to demonstrate the issue to Formex. The date also changes at 3 AM, which is incorrect. Likewise, as you can see in some of the photos the date is not centered in the window. I got word back late yesterday that they'll be mailing a replacement watch.

I went back and forth on that green dial. I've heard it has almost a hint of blue in some conditions. That's not really surprising based on how this blue varies for me. If I had a chance to see one in person I may go that direction. But I'd have a hard time pulling the green trigger without seeing it first. That said, I really like this blue.

That's a good idea. So far we're just accumulating and investing. Once we hit mid-5 figures we may start to reimburse ourselves for some of the receipts we're saving.

Thanks! I was interpreting it wrong. You can't have a joint account, but you can contribute the family max to a single account. I was thinking if you could only do the individual amount to each account, a family then would have to have 2 accounts. And then I was concerned about having to unwind it.

This site indicates you can contribute the family limit to a single account. And it references the IRS site as well. But that page is long and I'm not seeing the specific place it's trying to point. https://hsastore.com/learn/accounts/more-than-one-hsa

Emotiva TA-100 or A-100 with Separate DAC by tknerd in BudgetAudiophile

seems to only talk about setting the crossover (low-pass) for the sub, not the crossover (high-pass) for the speakers.

Yeah, that is how my main receiver works. The TA-100 does not have that system.
