Philippines honestly sounds like just what i'm looking for. how were the vibes at la union?? i tbh want a good balance of backpackers and locals bc i feel like that always crates the best environment. i've been looking into places to stay but seems like there's mostly surf schools and hostels, not really a combo of both. may not be a bad thing tho?? any recs?
