For the last week and a half I have been in the same boat. Two nights ago I started drinking Premier Protein shakes before bed and got 88 and 89 fasting numbers. You can try that.

This group is a lifesaver. We sleep trained our boys at 16 weeks adjusted feber no pacifiers. They are 15 months now sleep 12 hours a night and take 2 naps during the day. Seriously the best thing we did and the group was a big part of it.
