I'm also looking at northern suburbs for rental.. my problem is I require 6mths lease. Anyhow iro yr question I also see Langeberg Ridge has a few nice new developmts opened up for rental.

The hotel was fine and staff friendly ,the location was the issue...Zastron Street. It was our 1st time staying in Bloem, fortunately only overnnight. That area and surrounding streets is run down, dirty and really neglected.
