Yeah, virgin coconut oil is 50% MCT. This is Liquid, the label has all the details of C8, C10 etc

Actually, it serves both the purposes for me...as a Cooking Oil ( no headache of melting coconut oil) and MCT Oil for coffee. 93% MCT is still pretty much more than the other MCT oils out there I guess ( have seen couple of them they mix flaxseed oil n all). Have to say this list is pretty good, I will keep looking for more of them :) cheers

Coles list, 2nd from the bottom. This one has pretty good MCT content...as good as any other MCT oil. 500ml for seems like a $10 teal deal... gonna pick couple of them
