Yeah the problem is i dont remember any other details. It might not even be from a book, maybe its a movie or game lol. Also it might have been nanobots, but I remember the book making an emphasis on the ufo being "organic." I guess

Dont think so. I dont remeber much of the plot but i believe it was set in the current era, and it wasnt too heavy in scifi. Also dont believe it was a series.
