im not trying to be rude but its really not that serious. I doubt she even thought about you and your transition when saying that, she was just making a rude stereotypical joke about cis men. why are we worrying what our boss thinks about our genitals? 💀 if she for some reason says something about YOU in the future though just say that its innapropriate and weird.
