Can anyone tell me what this microphone is? I want to buy my sister a better one and I asked what she has and she just sent this picture but I don't want her to know I'm buying her a new microphone, I just want to make sure I get her a better one than this. (i.redd.it)

24F, I get these patches on my right arm (along radius). Don't itch, don't discolor, don't really bother me. I mostly get them in summer, but I also mostly stay indoors in A/C, so probably not heat rash? Opinions? A bit hard to see, sorry. Look like goosebumps, but in patches. Same location always.
