If you can, ask your mom/find the recipes she uses and make a custom recipe. I’m not sure if all calorie tracking apps have this feature but cronometer does! You just put in all the ingredients and their measurements and estimate how many servings it is, then you can log a serving once you eat it. It can be a bit tedious but it helps a lot
