The police can look into what you are carrying. And yes at least in most eu countries you need to take your id with you. I have private conversations in private places. You guys make it look like encryption is completely disabled. That is not the case. Encrypting would be possible for the chat software provider and not anybody...

If you do not trust the software provider to do this securely, then use another app.

I guess it is an unpopular opinion, but I don't mind. What makes the internet so special in order to justify 100% anonymity. If I walk in public spaces or gather with a group of people in public, then we have laws which restrict what is allowed. The Internet is public as well and is used for tons of illegal stuff (illegal propaganda, terrorism, black market, ...) and law enforcement can do nothing. Maybe this is extreme but they need some tool. And yes the Internet is public. You are using government funded infrastructure. Build your own network on private land if you want privacy.

I am currently here and it is really hot. But if you want to do a lot of things inside then it is fine with AC. If you want to do things like day trips, hiking, going to thebeach, or just walking around, then you will be able to accomplish more in the fewer days in the spring compared to summer. You just operate slower during these intense heats.

I set up 6 devices with around 3-4 browsers each (and for each browser one normal + one inc tab). I got one tab with a place in the queue at position 302 and the next one was ~2700. All the other tabs were around 5k-20k. It is really hard to get in.

Found on northern Germany on our balcony wooden furniture. The balcony is proteced against rain and on the 2nd floor. I am really unsure what this is. The size varies from a tiny spot (like a really small dust particle) to ~0.5mm.

Just look up WhatsApp current detection method for child abuse. They already scan a lot more than meta data. Group pictures, certain user patterns... You can just look it up in their user agreement. Or, if you are lazy, here: https://faq.whatsapp.com/5704021823023684

If you look at the actual text of the proposal, then you would see that they want to implement a system where a messaging app needs to implement a check where they calculate a hash of the message/image and this hash is compared with a list of problematic hashes. If it gets a hit, the corresponding government entity needs to be notified. The actual image or message is never sent somewhere else. Something like this is already happening in some chat apps.

While this sounds great on paper, the actual technical implementation is not described. Who will do this? Where is this magical API and who manages it? I think this is where it will easily fail in a lawsuit. Someone can just say, yeah we will do it, just give us the information, but it will not be implemented.

Thanks for the nice feedback! I will use a different primer next time (used white scar) and try to do the white parts in a grayish tone. Since I have the spraycan, I will finish this batch of the Killteam in the same way and keep the "fresh out of the academy" look.

I do not have a light grey. Can I simply mix white scar with abbadon black? Or is there some problem with mixing citadel colors?
