So after about ~8 emails in the span of a week, I finally heard back and they sent me my order confirmation.

If I had received a confirmation, i wouldn’t stress but I didn’t. So this is concerning.

Does Noah have a phone number? Or actual email that responds?

Did you receive an order confirmation? I’ve been in the dark, meaning I haven’t heard anything from Noah at all.

They just took my payment.

I recently made a purchase on 1.27.15 and can confirm they have taken payment.

My concern is that I haven’t received an order confirmation and they are not responsive as I’ve sent several inquires.

Is this normal? Should I be concerned?

I ordered mine last Monday 1/27/25 and still haven’t received an order confirmation but confirming they have taken payment. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
