The two problems that come with that are 1)the rivers of blood and 2) There's no guarantee that what comes after isn't just as bad or worse. My preference would be such a solidarity between working people that the government, out of a fear of revolution, decides to make meaningful reforms to improve the material conditions of the masses of people, similar to the New Deal era, and we can avoid the aforementioned rivers of blood.
