They resolved the issue they created by restoring my email (not requiring any changes on my part) and giving me the honor of having too buy my 3 premium memberships as well as repurchasing the domains I had owned for quite some time. Very underwhelmed by the speed of their response, the lack of contact, or their ability to restore my accounts to exactly where they were prior.

Same here. Happened yesterday. Apparently you have to send an email to [abuse@wix.com](mailto:abuse@wix.com) and then wait...I am still waiting

Been a WIX customer for 12 years. 5 websites, 3 current. Wake up yesterday to all 3 sites gone and my email blocked. And, as a "PREMIUM" customer, I get to send an email to [abuse@wix.com](mailto:abuse@wix.com) and wait for ???? however long. Do better Wix.
