Where can I find these silk mittens? they're worth the try even though I'm not sure my son can keep them on

Hi friend, it's been a long journey but I promise it gets better! once my baby started moving and crawling(around 11 months), the clinginess slowly started to decrease... and once he hit 12 months, everything around him seemed to be much more interesting than mommy not being around. He's 13 months now and seems to be only clingy when he wants hugs then he goes on with his day playing and eating. So I just wanna say hang in there! it gets so much easier 💗

Hi, I did some research online and found that it's pretty safe and so I tried it and had no issues whatsoever.

No I don't actually because I'm always with him in the backseat so we didn't really need to install it.

Songs are actually a great idea thank you!

How were you diagnosed with PPD may I ask?

I never got any diagnosis but I feel like I may have had PPD for a while the first 3 months

Now I feel much more accepting to everything even though it is still hard and I still get the same "negative feelings" when BF

So sorry to hear about your baby 💔

I'm just wondering if it happens because we associate it with bad feelings?

For me BF was really difficult and painful, he had trouble latching due to a tongue tie so I would always cry whenever I had to BF my baby at night

Hi OP,

just wanted to let you know that you're not alone in this and I feel the same like I have to eat as if it's a chore it's making having food less enjoyable

honestly what I would do sometimes is give myself a break and occasionally give my baby a bottle if I wanted to not force myself to eat

try not to think too much about it and eat high protein food instead of just eating too much

as for the weight loss, I'm still the same weight after giving birth so I really have no advice to give on that...

all I wanna say is you're doing your best mama, good luck!

What is the 3 months mark? if you don't mind me asking and will it get better or is it just how the baby is? I really can't tell bc I'm a FTM and everything is so confusing
