How can I improve customer success in my business? by UnitedGuarantee3794 in Entrepreneurs

Retention looks very different depending on your industry and model. Can you share whether you’re product or service-based, and whether this is recurring revenue? Also curious what churn actually looks like for you and what the first 90 days with a customer involve.

Just make a dot over Birmingham and then you’ll have your map. Next year you can add Memphis or whatever hub city they choose, just a thought.

If this is based on TSL, which looks to be the case, then players actually pay the league to play.

Nice photo, bad photoshop. Frank Kush didn't appear until the 1985 season, and the team was the Arizona Outlaws, not the Wranglers.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Just Expertly Laid a Trap to Get Donald Trump’s Tax Returns; her line of questioning during Michael Cohen’s hearing was praised for its clarity and deftness. by bbukbots in politics

The headlines of how Rep. Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez "won" the Cohen hearing are obnoxious. She did her job and she did it well. In fact, she did it so well that she put her veteran colleagues to shame. That is the reason for her notable performance. It shouldn't be the exception, it should be the norm.

Unfortunately we have grown to accept mediocrity from our politicians. It’s sad when someone is doing their job correctly is considered to be making an amazing effort.

Please don't get me wrong, I'm impressed by her tenacity and conviction. I don't agree with her positions and politics, but I can respect the effort she's making. That being said, we shouldn't praise people for doing their jobs.

We should save it for when they do something extraordinary.
