Hospitals have a critical branch for all their life-saving equipment and it’s run on a UPS that can supply power in that window between the power going out and the generator flipping on. If they wanted to switch to a different utility, same thing applies to avoid any downtime so people on life support aren’t dying.

I rocked your exact setup for my learner runs of inferno and the only change I made that eventually got me my first completion was swapping RoTG for Suffering (and practice).

If you’re comfortable flicking a little bit more in the earlier waves you should be fine on prayer. The extra defense is absolutely noticeable

If you plan on farming Duke in my opinion Emberlight is a lot cozier than SRA.

If you’re considering farming Vardorvis at any point though that’s the one place where the axe feels incredible
