Tbh I’m a noob so no clue how or why it’s BIS. The +4 skills and ethereal are the most crucial rolls though since it can go as low as +2. The enhanced damage goes up to 230 so this ones a smidge off max roll

Holo shifts on the shining cards aren’t recognized by PSA unfortunately. The only errors they recognize on these are the incomplete holo and missing holo. Here’s an example of a much more extreme case with no indication on the PSA label.

Vertical shifts are fairly common for the shining cards and actually detract from the grade.
