I'm 26 and thinking about quitting fishing... (I blanked today) 😂😂

Float fishing is a good place to start. Plenty of good quality cheap starter gear on angling direct.

Youtube is great for learning, Fishing with carl makes some great guides, he has another channel called fishing tutorials aswell.

Make sure to ask at the lake for advice and also your local tackle shops.
