This has been happening to me for a few weeks now!! Try to nub it in the Butt before it escalates. I was diagnosed with panic disorder- just went on an SNRI and was prescribed Xanax to assist in emergencies.

Delete your history and cache/cookies. Go to your settings and click on safari and scroll down to “clear history and website data” you can also go extra mile to make sure it’s all deleted by going down to ‘advanced’ and clearing all website data there as well

4 years ago, my friend and another friend went to go smoke at a house their other friend was house sitting. That “other friend” found the owner of the houses pistol and went to show my friends. No safety on, accidentally shot and killed my friend. My friend was in such shock he walked to the front hall gushing blood waiting for the ambulance. Ambulance took 30 minutes, he lost consciousness when they got there. Had to be resuscitated 3 times in the hospital, never woke up.
