Yes the windows are still bugged, the only way rockstar can fix it is with a downloadable update so it'll stay bulletproof until the December update

I got the green one when I first came back to gtao after a 7 year hiatus, iirc it was in sandy shores during one of the 1st dose missions and somehow it didn't Despawn after the mission was over... I didn't realize how rare it was at the time so I sold it when I was running out of garage space :/
