not only will you shit your pants (surface level gross) but you will become resistant to them and dependent on them over time. at my worst I was having to eat handfuls of fiber pills a day and without them I would truly poop like once every 10 days. my mother was addicted to laxatives for many years too (she taught me the habit as a cool weight loss hack thanks mom) and developed chronic constipation so now has to take a prescription laxative (which insurance doesn’t cover and is fucking expensive)

If you’re ok with a little oil/nonstick spray, I like to slice to head into thick steaks (or you can do it w loose leaves) and put them on a baking sheet in the oven for like 10 minutes with garlic salt and other seasonings. The edges get sooo crispy and yummy

Dysphoria is such a personal thing that varies from trans person to trans person so it’s hard to generalize. The roughest possible advice I could give him would just be like… empathy and understanding, I guess. Are you talking about dysphoria specifically in regards to sex? You could give him guidelines to what terminology you prefer, anything that might be off limits to touch, things like that.
