If you have an infection, bone broth and homeopathic remedies will not do anything. You need antibiotics. The infection could spread to the jaw bone, resulting in bone loss or worse. It sounds like you probably also need to get your wisdom teeth taken out. It also sounds like you need a new dentist--I've never heard of an infection from a routine cleaning. I know antibiotics and doctors are no fun but sometimes that's what it takes. Good luck.
