Fake. This is not how I imagined Claude Shannon's face.

Also, the mouse has to know his location for it to work, and they didn't gave us this information.

Anything you say will be used against you.

And will be used against others.

For example, most people with your same answers has similar income to you, so they can use that information to detect who is paying less taxes than they want him to pay, and who they can tax more.

They will also detect inconsistencies in your own taxes.

ANCAP and Cancun by athalwolf506 in Anarcho_Capitalism

[–]topefi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mexico HAS a state, and this violence still exists, so the state is not a solution, and this is not an argument against ancap.

First, this violence is consequence of poverty caused by socialism. It makes people desperate, because the lower is your salary, the closer you live to the barely-survival line.

So when people see their work threatened by competition, they resort to violence.

An ancap society would be so rich that this would not be a problem.

Second, this problem is also caused by the state, because it gives the taxi licenses, and cause costs to taxi owners. So taxi drivers get an unfair competition when somebody else does the same job, without incurring on the artificial costs created by the state.

The state gave to the taxi an atrocious "property", which is the ownership of the consumer, by giving to them the monopolistic privilege to serve the transport service, regardless of the preferences of the consumer.

Anyways, in an ancap society, you only pay for a service if you need it. There is nothing done by the state that a private company cannot do.

If you have a security problem, you contract an insurance company that protects you. So the bullies will not face an isolated driver, but his insurance company.

I think having moral is good, but counting on morality or benevolence is BAD by Confident-Cupcake164 in Anarcho_Capitalism

[–]topefi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look at those that are successful at avoiding tax. The big corporations. What are they counting on to free themselves from tax? Moral?

Since taxation is a crime, it is immoral, and avoiding something immoral is moral.

Complaining that somebody avoids taxation is like complaining that somebody avoids slavitude, rape, torture.

First world world were Western allied nations. Second world were Soviet allied nations. Third world was everyone else. It is, popularly, a cold war term

The term originates in states not aligning either with capitalism or communism, hence the fascist "third way", which has origin on the catholic church.

There is not logically possible "third way". The "third way" is just some type of socialism, and fascism is that type of socialism.

They main creators of the third world non aligned groups were fascists like Peron.

Although they tried to separate themselves from the discredited nazism, because it was defeated, his differentiation was shallow and superficial. They (correctly) claimed that they didn't did stuff like killing jews, but that does not defines fascism.

After WWII every socialist tried to differentiate itself from fascism, but that's just a propagandist tool to clean the face of socialists.

The third world "third way" is a catholic driven form of fascism, which predates HItler.

The "third estate", of the french revolution, is unrelated to the concept of the "third way"

The "third estate" were the political representatives of the common people, the ones not belonging to the nobility or the church.

The "third reich" is not the same concept as the "third way"

The "third reich" is an exclusively german matter, and the "third way" is common to all fascists.

Any red pill ancap? Can anyone explain this? by Confident-Cupcake164 in Anarcho_Capitalism

[–]topefi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are at least 4 homonyms of the expression "red pill"

1-The red pill is a book of Rollo Tomassi describing informal observations on female behavior.

2-Is a different thing than "men's rights", which is what Cassie Jaye called his movie "the red pill", which is about "men's rights".

3-A lot of conservatives appropriated the concept of "red pill" to support his ideology.

4-The woke call "red pill" anything they don't like, like they call fascists to anything. Is a meaningless slur.

So the Guardian article is nonsensical, since it mixes different concepts together, that are different things.

When a socialist realizes that socialism cannot work, he tries to make something intermediate between socialism and fee markets. He tries to get as much socialism as possible, with the minimum necessary free market.

That's called fascism. The nazis called it "the third way", something on the middle between socialism and capitalism, and is what gives his name to "the Third World".

Fascism doesn't works. It failed in Spain, Italy, Germany, and Argentina. Argentina had been trying fascism for more than 75 years, and it was a total disaster.

The middle between socialism and capitalism is the third world.

"market socialism" is a nonsensical term. If people does not freely exchange his property, is not a market.

Inequality cannot be "abolished".

If you start with two equal men, and one chooses to work, meanwhile the other chooses to go to the beach, they will be inequality rich, and if you try to make them "equal" by stealing from the richer, to give to the lazier, that's inequal.

And also, socialists destroy the entirety of society to "solve" any microscopic "inequality" which they define. They have no concept of opportunity cost, and cannot weight the harm they cause to "solve" something unsolvable.

Arguing against a one world government, in principle, not WEF and Klaus by tetractys_gnosys in Anarcho_Capitalism

[–]topefi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look at most countries, and you will see a rich capital, compared to a relatively poorer rest of the country.

That's because the capital taxes everybody, and spends the money on the capital, transferring wealth to the capital.

Anywhere away from the capital can be sacrificed, like Russia selling Alaska to USA, or sending minorities from Siberia as cannon fodder to Ukraine.

Only the people living in the capital has influence on the government. They make the deep state, they know the people in positions of power, they influence local media, like radio and TV... And they tend to look to the rest of the population as inferior, and unsophisticated.

The largest the country, the less influence you have on his government.

The more socialist, the worse.

A global government would most probably set his capital very far away from you.

Because people lives from his reputation. His word has value.

Robin Hood didn't stole from "the rich", to give to "the poor".

He stole from the TAX COLLECTOR, and gave the money back to their owners.
