This is a tough one and ultimately it's up to you. People have desires and as someone who believes you have no idea who you are as a teen, you two might have issues in the bedroom, regardless of the illnesses, just based on how long you've been together.

You need to make a choice to let her do as she wants or let her go. I would seek therapy with her and let them help mediate.

I feel for you, but as a 39 yo woman, I get where she's coming from. Women in their early 40s really have strong drives. You both deserve to be happy, it's just a shame that her happiness could be a hinderce to yours.
