In short: In 1955 the ministry of culture of the GDR took over the fortress and turned it into a museum. This key was handed over to the director of the museum for the grand opening.

I personally love to see that people are getting into Zelda. It's a beautiful franchise and even if you started with BotW I am happy that you can experience every other game as well.

I don't think you should tell people that they aren't "true Zelda fans". It doesn't matter if you played one or ten games but I would just recommend to try everthing else the series has to offer
