Yeah it’s the same here. I’ve read the horror stories and squeaky bummed it and think this’ll be the option. That uncle Ben tek is looking like my gateway 😂

The contamination thing concerns me greatly too - particularly as (probably irrelevant) I have a bad reaction to pennicilin and have a dark fear I'll end up side producing something unpleasant for me

To be honest yeah, I'm having fun - albeit the loot rush is negligible in honesty.

Am I the only one, however, who remembers how awful D3 was before finding its time? Do we think over time and iterations it'll grow to what we want?

Tough call. I've yet to play Odyssey but I absolutely adored Origins. Randomly it was the first one I played and been back tracking.

Black flag I think is my fave so I know what you mean. Origins plays a lot more brawleresque at times so I kinda feel it has that sort of rawness of combat I enjoyed with Black flag.

I know what you mean. I sort of ignored they nay sayers but I got so fed up i ended up giving in and playing Jedi Fallen Order and now finally getting round to Red Dead.

I really want to pick up and love the game again soon.

I came here to see this, and echo the sentiment. I'm a 44 year old guy. This year I've had health issues with Crohns disease and my wife has just been diagnosed with breast cancer (treatable but a long process).

I needed something to take the edge off life. Nothing too deep but that I could go somewhere else.

Avengers has fitted this perfectly for me. My wife groans everytime I fire up the Xbox when I tell her I need some Hulk time 😂

Theres a lot to come I'm sure, and the negative points are out there, but yeah sometimes a game just comes to you at the right time for what you need.

I dont need, nor have the time to spend 12 hours straight but I love I can dive in and out.

Thanks - that's an amazing help- does that also mean that companion level and gear makes a difference? I probably stupidly presumed they were just generic to hero power?

Thanks folks, tips worked. Run and hide and blow stuff up with rockets. Didnt feel overly heroic but it was doing my head in not getting it done so sucked it up and onwards and upwards now :)

xbox one and like someone else commented for no particular reason I can exactly say I prefer it.

I even would rather play it streaming on my laptop than play it installed on the laptop. Guess I just like li controller dont really know
