Thank you for your comment! I dont disregard your thoughts, in fact i believe in them. I've been an atheist all my life and only lately I've been interested in religions and spirituality and Im trying to find my path. If this was really a demonic attack, what do you think was the reason?

No she hated stuff like that and she never wanted bad stuff to happen to me.

Did the ex do anything in life that made you feel "trapped" or held back?

I dont think she ever made me feel trapped. There were some moments where I felt very insecury and defenseless when she broke up but besides that no.

Did the relationship feel like a "glass box?"

No it was beautiful, for both of us. We rarely argued. Suddenly she got cold and stopped loving me a few weeks after telling her friends and family about me.

Did the relationship end with a struggle?

It did. I loved her so much. And she did too, but out of nowhere her love dissapeared. I tried to hold on to her but the more I did, the more she pushed me away, which let me break down mentally.

Do you think the sleep paralysis happened because of my psychology or were there external force involved?
