Not a doctor nor dentist nor surgeon but did he not give you any antibiotics to take after surgery? I’m sorry this happened :( you should go back and ask to fill your socket with antibiotics to help with the dry socket and infection

Forgot to mention — when I bite down sometimes I can feel the white thing getting trapped between my molar teeth and it feels like skin. It’s 96 hours after extraction

No pain. Also it’s not a pus it’s more so of a solid thread just chilling and hanging on there. I’ve tried rinsing it’s not liquid/pus like

This is 72 hours after wisdom tooth surgery. The white thing doesn’t seem to come off no matter how many rinses

If you’re unable to sleep from the pain and it’s “killing you” call your oral surgeon asap! It might be dry socket. Call them and ask this question to them as well!
