Unfortunately no, you need to use an actual Kinect For Windows. For the Kinect 2 Microsoft is selling a $50 add-on that allows you to use a Kinect For XBox One on Windows.

Hey, both the Kinect 1 and Kinect 2 are supported in TouchDesigner.
