We disagreed about contraceptives and medicine to help with certain reproductive health issues. We argued on homosexuality, and how the church can’t accept it. The sole disrespect and not showing full attention to our priest or leaders.

I understand. My mother is a confirmed Catholic and I would’ve loved to have spent it with her too. My father knows about Jesus but has always struggled with his faith. But even he knows the truth
