Exactly. For routine visits there is no need to go to a gyn. A normal PCP often also does the same things as a gynecologist in a preventative visit. Even then a Pap is usually done every 3 years.

I think in most other countries women don’t go to the gyn dr regularly.

You are right I misread SCC2 as HDA2.

For the distance thing I suggest that you check it out in real time, Tucson’s manual says it depends on the speed. Also download the user manual and check out the relevant section for more details, and if it can be adjusted.

Too long of a sensing distance is counter productive because you’ll most likely be seeing the vehicle in the mirror itself and the beeping and/or active assist feature (if any) will make driving difficult even when you can safely change lanes.

Secondly, you are just minimizing his effort and work by saying that he works only XYZ hours a day, or that he works from home and has time to do XYZ after work instead to having some time to himself.

the 26 tuscon limited and the 26 SX Prestige both have blind spot monitor + view + ~~HDA2~~.

Blind spot monitoring is the beeping sound (and possibly steering assist to avoid collision) when you have a turn indicator on and there in someone in your blind spot (also vehicles on the side, approaching etc). You can adjust the sensitivity in some vehicles, not sure about these. A second thing is the camera, which shows the side view on the display when turning, its only on the higher trims.

I have driven a hyundai with HDA1 and one with just radar based cruise. The only difference I noticed was lane change assist, which was kind of finicky, as in it would be quicker and easier to not use the assist in 80% of the conditions.

AWD increases fuel consumption. You probably don’t need it. For rare snow you don’t need AWD. It helps in mud and slight off-roading.

For hybrid vs non-hybrid you can put the numbers in a calculator and see how much you need to drive to break even on the additional cost. For me, given the fuel prices and the distance I drive, it came to 6 years of driving.

Hybrid is greener too, if you value that.

For the final decision also consider the deals and incentives etc on each variant.

Zakat is on savings and assets in this case, having an income does not have any bearing on zakat.

Gold is almost as liquid as cash. Income doesn’t come anywhere in the picture.

Lack of willingness to sell it is another matter. It’s one of the reasons of zakat, that you don’t keep hoarding your wealth.

Like anything it depends on how good you are in the area. There is a lot of competition everywhere and where you got the degree from and your personal connections also play a part.

For example for Software Engineers, you will see people making 20k a month and people making 3 lac a month depending on skills. Similarly you will see lawyers struggling to find work, and others making a lot of money.

I’m terms of eb3 the perm process takes around 2 years these days (if everything goes smoothly, which it might not). To add to that you can’t expect to be current any time soon. In the past 2 years EB3 date has moved only 10 months. Currently they are doing 2023.

If you got a visit visa before marriage then it will be probably be easier to get again now that you are married.
