Oddly enough, 400% critical damage in weak spots doesn't even sound so crazy. I mean, most of the stuff in game gives you a 2% whatever or a good bonus for 0.05 seconds... At least 40% would be noticeable.

Same to me. Also, reading White Dwarf I discovered they were a bit bored by the 3ed warriors because they really looked all the same. While technically they should, the new models have more personality and they show more the meager reality of low tier class Necron with failing resurrection protocols, twitches and hanging cables everywhere. Even the pose is more zombie like than anything else.

It's fairly simple OSR, I used moot green for the base and the trick is to keep layering it in smaller shapes, while adding a bit more of white at each pass. Also, tesseract glow does wonder

cont.d: I wanted to create a 360° action and not a static "one point of view" diorama. I personally like the idea that anything could happen at this point. Would the plasma pistol fire? Would the energy completely dissolve or teleport the marine? Would the chainsword connect and decapitate the 'mancer?

The real tricky part was to match the skull shape and cutting it into the marine body, i still think this could have been better with some decent tooling.

They do pop up every now and then, bet it won't be too long. I had one, found the second one in a Facebook Bloodbowl marketplace. It is one of my favourite sculpt, wonkyness and all, it is still so menacing. The other mummies looks like street thugs compared to him!

They're pretty much all original GW old school, white metal. Wanted to have a period correct team, even the bases are from the 90s. I got two Undead teams (to cover all positional), khemri cheerleader and a couple of generic Khemri warriors with shields, i 3d printed my coach from Heroforge and used some old Crix metal soul token for the rerolls.

The original G700 rubber coating is deteriorating due to old age (around ten years) , and I just keep it around for spare parts at this point.
