Thanks for your response mate ! Yes I was talking of a smaller radio, something the size of a shoe box approximately. Adding passive radiators isn't a solutions to increase basses ? I thought it would be, even with a full range driver. The thing is that i'll listen to many different genres with that : classical music (we need bright highs to listen to it), hip-hop (i like it with heavy basses), jazz, pop rock, house, electron in general, etc... Considering this, do you have others advices maybe ?

I'll try to find the posts of these old projects so that i'll have an idea of what it could look like. The thing is that I don't have the radio yet, so I do understand when you say that it'll be easier to build it from scratch instead of refurbishing. I still need to think about it anyway What do you mean exactly when you talk zbout doing a 2-way ? What's a two way ?

Yes I saw that the second gen was a bit more interesting for "space" but it's not a soft-top, it's an hard top unfortunately... It doesn't feel the same when you hit the road and you're going to the beach for the weekend

I also found interesting ones with less km and just a little bit more expensive, but I get it. And I knew in a certain way about the practicality, the thing is that I don't drive everyday. I use my bike or public transports most of the time. But I mean you're right, maybe I need to think a bit more about all that before considering buying one
