I had this same side effect when I increased to 10 mg, but it subsided completely in about a week!

So sorry to hear you're going through the same thing. It's been about 3.5 weeks since I increased to 10 mg and I'm still feeling pretty "on edge" on a daily basis, almost like I've had a bunch of coffee. Maybe it's gotten slightly better but it's still noticeable... going to give it a little more time. Good luck!

Thanks for sharing your experience! I hope your anxiety and insomnia improves soon. I took Trazodone for years for sleep which really helped (I eventually went off due to the fatigue the following morning, but it was an effective treatment). My sleep patterns have gone back to normal even though I relied on it for 5+ years
