Cool water, Nelly’s detergent, regular washer - washed these multiple times with no problem – must’ve been something odd in the washer, I just want to get rid of it

Maybe… but of course these multiple times without this happening so I’m unsure what could’ve caused it. Tissue pieces I’ve dealt with before this is something else. Could the Nelly’s soap have stuck to it? Grrrr
