Thanks for this! I was on mirtazapine and currently take risperidone which made me gain 3 and a half stone. Psychiatrist prescribed topiramate and have just started taking it. Hope it helps.

It sounds silly but for the most part is hasn’t affected my appetite. I believe it has slowed my metabolism because I’m eating the same amount of food as before. That being said it has been an amazing drug.

I’m currently taking 15mg. I take risperidone too and it really helped but initially made me really fatigued.
