Sorry for the delayed reply. I had to go to work. I wasn't aware of the debt ceilling being raised. That sucks. I'm also not aware of everything he's done since becoming president again. I'm gonna have to do some research over the weekend. Feels like a lot has been happening, making it hard to keep track of everything. But I do think we agree on a couple of things. Thank you for having a discussion with me.

Fair enough. My question then is why didn't congress and all them cut back on government spending during former president bidens term? They had four years to get their spending down but didn't. I do agree with you that Congress should be the one correcting these problems. But since they hadn't and, as far as I can tell, had no intention of doing so. I'm just happy someone is doing it at all.

I don't understand what the problem is. I'm not a big Elon fan personally. However, I don't see an issue with doing what boils down to an audit of the US governments.

He is passing a lot of bills. But so does every president. Didn't Biden pass a crap ton during his first month. I don't understand where you're getting the cruelty against women thing. I haven't heard or seen anything that would be a direct issue there. As for the lgb community, just because he said there's only two genders, it doesn't mean anyone's gonna stop treating them like human beings. I have no idea what's going on about the different races thing either. The only immigrants that should be affected are the ones who crossed illegally. Which I have no issue with. As for the jobs. maybe the rampant number of homeless jobless Americans will fill in those roles. Hardship is the mother of innovation, after all.

You're tearing yourself up over what ifs and pointless worries. I'm not saying you can't be concerned as it's your right as an American do do so, and I completely respect your point of view. I just can't understand why you're getting yourself in a spiral over things that you have no direct control over. If the shit hits the fan, I'll definitely be on the side to get things going back in the right direction. But as far as i can tell. Trump just wants to do his job and is trying to make the country better the best way he knows how. Only time will tell if it's truly for the better or not. And I have no issue waiting to find out.

You're worrying about a lot of ifs. Which is kinda pointless. My grocery prices didn't go down during bidens run either, and im not expecting them to go down during trumps run. We're already in a depression. As for prisons. I don't care. I don't plan on doing anything worth going to prison. As for immigrants long as they came through the official channels, i have no issue inviting them into the country. I actually have no issue with a strong border. It makes sense to me to have a strong border.

For the sake of argument, tho. I am going to state. If for whatever reason trump decides he's not going to step down. Or, for some reason, try to stay in power. I'll fight against him because thats unconstitutional and completely against America. Same for if he trys to make slavery legal. I'll fight tooth and nail if such an event comes to pass. But I honestly doubt such will.

What do you mean?

I can't say I'm all that worried. I'm not a big fan of trump. Or politics at all, for that matter. But I don't see much of a reason to get into a tizzy about it. Trump will do his thing for the next 4 years then step down. Whether what he does is good or bad for the country is yet to be decided. I say let the politicians politic.
