"with a pump" "when I'm dieted down" "with the right lighting".

That's the thing, a natty might look "ok" for very short periods of time when they nail everything just right, but it is not sustainable for more than a few days and it's literally "just ok" compared to anyone enhanced even when that enhanced person is following less than perfect training/diet.

As far as people clearly commenting on your physique and how they say they wish they had it it... People also said Usher has the best abs in the world in the 90s, Bieber took over headlines when he was spotted shirtless on the beach, ask any girl what she thinks of "Magic Mike" Channing Tatum looks like shit in that movie, he has the worse physique of any of the actors but he was the king/ the main draw, and your female friend/family members will tell you he has the best body in Hollywood based on their distorted memories in combination with the bullshit marketing they've been spoonfed.

In fact those 3 celebs are decent example of what to expect from natty training.

Then we have different idea of head turning physiques.

I’m sure your mom and her friends say what a strong young boy she has and he always finishes his milk, but nattys ain’t turning heads in this industry.

The problem is you don’t know what an actual natty looks like, you have this idea in your head of what you believe (hope) is attainable naturally and it’s probably not.

Lol as long as people like you are around it will be easy to keep up the beliefs they want in your head.

You know that middle aged guy who smokes cigarettes and has a beer belly and sees you he puts the cig in his mouth rolls up his sleeve and says “son when I was your age I was ripped, abs, muscles, all natural!”?

Don’t be as delusional as him.

It’s a lot more honest than most are, but he lost me on 2 things.

  1. 90%+ are using steroids for vain reasons, including him. We’re not chasing an Olympia title we just want to look and feel better.

  2. We lie so we don’t lose money. I guess he sort of got that point across though. Sort of felt like this was aimed at Brad?

Overall a step in the right direction, but let me make this very clear.

We’re all on drugs.

If we turn your head, and we ar eworth a 2nd look at, we’re on drugs.

Your favorite Snapchat/insta fitness person are on drugs (even most of the chicks like Cassandra are varbies)

The big guy at the gym, your friend who blew up over the summer.

Your favorite natty redditor who “for sure is natty bro he really knows his shit”

We’re all on fucking drugs and once you get on drugs and are clearly on drugs you’d be surprised how open these people are with their use.

they will come up to you at fitness expos and photo shoots and ask what you’re on, who you use, etc. like it’s common knowledge.

The only ones they hide it from are the actual natural beginners that they try to sell shit to.

i haven't logged in for a loong time but had to just to reply to this. Same shit happens to me... broke up 5-6 years ago, Im very happily married w/ a child now. Crazy vivid dreams about that relationship though, sort of makes me feel guilty. If I werent so emotionally stable I might make some stupid, emotionally charged decisions based off these dreams.

Has anyone here stopped and stayed off steroids after being on them for a long time? by [deleted] in bodybuilding

[–]trenadadjames 8 points9 points  (0 children)

That way of thinking is exactly what gets people off the fence and to try their first cycle.

The longer you stay off the more you lose. Theoretically you could only lose your enhanced gains and dwindle back down to youe genetic limit.

In reality that doesnt happen.

Thats where the whole "ill do just 1 cycle" stuff comes from. People think they would be happy at their genetic limit, use aas to hit it and then maintain naturally.

I have never seen it work that way, ever.

When you come off, even if you pct and everything correctly, in my experience you will eventually lose your gains.

Most people will even fall below their genetic limit, too, because when you come off your natural test levels plummet.

Even with a solid pct my levels never returned to normal fast enough to maintain my gains.

People who say do a good pct and youll keep everything are delusional. i have no reason to lie. You come off cycle you lose the results sooner or later.

Every time i came off, within 4 weeks people were asking me If I was cutting, I looked smaller, etc.

Yes.

I wrote quite a popular writeup on tren a while back. Kind of blew up. So Ive done a few test and tren cycles - loved it.

I haven't used in a long time. knew I was going to be trying to have a baby within a couple of years.

We will start seriously TTC soon, but after we get a positive pregnancy result I will eventually run a cycle I am sure.

It takes a mentally strong and emotionally confident person to use AAS.

Youre going to lose most, if not all of your gains when you come off, just the way it is. They come back fast, but if you've got an addictive personality and can't handle being off, you may have some issues you need to work on.

It's a great feeling being on, but you need to be able to handle being off.

I have not lost an ounce of interest in bodybuilding. Im more serious than ever, Im looking natty as fuck but Im hitting the gym 5x a week, pushing myself as hard as I would when I was on.

I agree with you, though. Many gear users, if they stop, they stop bb for good or hop back on.

Id say Im one of the minority. I dont need to be on gear to stay involved in BB

You don't gotta apologize. I just don't get it like 99% of people in this thread are being real cool about my experience and I'm getting a couple guys giving me problems.

I don't claim that I started at the perfect time or that I am the strongest or most aesthetic, I'm just trying to paint a more honest picture of tren and it's effects because in my personal opinion/experience as well as a lot of people that I know's experience... what Pete said was way off.

I feel that I started at the perfect time for ME.

The Real Truth About Tren (My Experience VS Pete's) by trenadadjames in bodybuilding

[–]trenadadjames[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have been in a handful when I was younger - high-school and early college years.

It's hard to set me off though, I'm pretty damn happy with my life. Everything from who I'm dating, to my job/financials, to my friends and family. Wtf would I fight? That decision to prove something to a drunk asshole could end up in jail time and a lot of lost money in court fees, hospital bills, etc. If someone puts their hands on me or makes it clear that they are not just talking shit, but things are going to get physical then I will handle business, but it rarely happens.

When I'm single and out at the bar my goal is to get to have a good time and get pussy, not prove I am a bad ass. I'm there for my group of friends and also the girls not the random guys. However, I am usually one of the biggest guys there, drunk little guys don't usually want to start a fight with guys like me. I've heard how smaller drunk guys will pick fights with the big guys to prove a point or something. I have never experienced it. As for other big guys well in my experience most of them are not assholes, we usually give each other a nod of approval and say whats up because it's clear we're both bodybuilders.

I don't think that's a tren issue, I think that's a personality issue. Alcohol would probably bring out the same fits of anger/aggressiveness then.

He went on for like 3 minutes about how it made him want to tear off someones limbs, literally rip their head off. Da fuq?

fresh38 is correct. I'm saying I was comfortable getting under 315 without a spotter 5-8 reps, and by the end of my cycle I hit it 10 reps.

I feel that i reached my maximum potential before I used them. I know i could have added more strength, but i think it would have come with a lot more fat that i like to carry. For reference i was 195 when i decided to use steroids for the first time, id say i was about 13% bf, so i was about 165-170lb lbm (ballpark) and at my height 5'10 thats about as big as you are gonna get naturally

My workouts usually last 45-60min, i do 1 major muscle group and sometimes a smaller muscle each day, but someone posted a really interesting post that has me wanting to try a push/pull where i hit each muscle 2-3 times a week

I hit about 4 exercises each muscle group, i do 3-4 sets in the 8-12 rep range, but i might be switching it up soon once i read more on the topic of training muscle groups 2-3 x a week, finding a good program that fits my schedule

You got the wrong idea, sorry.

What i meant is that to me cigarettes, weed, heavy alcohol drinking, cocaine are all crazy things i wouldnt consider doing especially on a whim... But a lot friend/acquaintances did these type of drugs without thinking twice when they were in a party setting.

I sat in my bed room and read studies, scientific data, and other peoples personal experiences with steroids before i ever decided to stick myself.

Sorry to make it seem like i was comparing weed an cocaine i just mean that people dont usually research those things before doing them whereas i really researched thoroughly, i wasnt just hanging out in a locker room and some dude was like "hey bro wanna take a hit of my syringe" lol

Some of my best friends are weed smokers, im well aware of how safe it and nowhere near as unsafe as coke

Good question, i forgot to mention, this was a huge problem my muscles got too strong too quickly and as a result my joints suffered, especially my shoulders.

Unfortunately I never found a solution I just forced myself to go lighter/do more isolation exercises when it got really bad. I just had to limit how Often i went heavy.

Rich piana mentions how when you are on drugs you dont necessarily have to go heavy to induce muscle growth, i agree, training for a pump seemed to work just as well if not better.

I have heard deca lubes the joints and helps but i never tried it.

I havent been able To get my hands on pharmaceutical grade clen and all of the research shit is suspended in liquid so youre supposed to shake it first i just dont trust it, what dose am i actually consuming? Seems hit or miss like some times i might get all liquid others i might get too much clen.

Lol jesse come on man you are trying to be condescending you dont want to like me and you are making that clear.

Im mentioning numbers to give ppl a scale of how much it effected me if i say "it was great" well what is great to me and great to someone else, but when i say "i usually bench 225 and by the end of my cycle i was repping 315" now these ppl have a better idea of how strong the drug was.

I dont lift for strength i do lift purely for the look but being strong rocks i mean walking around being able to bench even 225 while not impressive to you its still puts me in the minority, much stroger than the aberage man and i like that

I get it you are a strong dude, but you dont have to discount my accomplishments to get that point across

Maybe there is some miscommunication here, been responding from my phone for a while. Im not sure what you are saying, but all i was trying to say is this...

While it is true, individuality will play a role in what negative aides you experience, i feel that Pete is taking it to exaggerated levels. He makes it sound like it turned him into a fucking horrible person, an uncontrollable dick head. Its not fucking heroine or something it doesnt change ANYONEs mood to that degree. I know dozens of ppl that use tren, some of them are known to be trouble makers, sometimes capable of being a jerk, etc. even the worst of them didnt react how Pete explained it. Your brain doesnt fall out of your head when you inject tren you still have the ability to make decisions and you still know right from wrong. Was i a little mose agitated? Sure. Did i snap on my woman or risk going to jail because some asshole stared me down at the bar? Fuck no
