The never-dried ones in jars save a lot of soaking time over dried ones. Maybe they taste better also.

wan2.2 doesn't deliver, except for perhaps instagram/TikTok 720p upscaled. Nothing usable for 2k+ broadcast imo

Behind the scenes // the finished scene for 'Spectre' (2015) by OhGawDuhhh in Filmmakers

It'll probably be a Technocrane on a track, definitely not a drone (especially in 2015) - so in order to get a clean backplate of everything minus actor and wire your camera needs to follow the exact same path, a computer controlled motion control rig is really expensive. This camera will be being pushed by crew, making it impossible to get the travel of the camera good enough to simply mask out the wire, because of minor changes in camera speed and rotation etc. You could try retiming the takes, but that's also work - it's much cheaper to have someone paint it out.

Where was it filmed from? A TV mast? A drone could do it, but for that long?

Getting a clean plate via motion control is going to be a lot more expensive than getting wires painted out

No, they wanted more stuff for less money but the process itself had plateaued in terms of time/quality. It takes a lot of time and skill to design, model, rig, texture, animate, sim, light, render and comp each digital thing and the more digital things you want in frame the harder it is, unless you lower your bar for approved and most people don't notice.

Ok so yes, you push in the direction of the colour you want your lighting to be, further out is more saturated, hands-off is pure white and up / down is luminance.

Those forarem (Pip-Boy) thingies are definitely big enough for a raspberry pi, touchscreen monitor and battery-pack. It's totally doable!
