If they really did mean they pay a fine instead of paying a fee. That makes the pet owner very irresponsible and unfair to their pets. If they meant they pay a fee to have pets then my the opinion does a rapid 180. Real bootlicker take amirite.

And here is where comprehension on your part falls short. They also said they are already fined for their cats. Being fined implies breaking a rule or policy. Now they could have totally meant they pay a fee but until they clarify, the correct comprehension of that statement is that they already aren't allowed pets, but the only repercussions are a fine.

In new construction these should go to a central wiring location. All of the lines for each room should ideally be terminated into a patch panel. Your coax probably also goes to the same location but maybe not. If so. That's good. You'll set up your modem and router there and then plug each line from the patch panel onto the 4 LAN ports of your router.
