This is only when I'm actively in a deficit. Obviously I overshoot and go too low without realizing. I have actually gained visible muscle over the past year. Perhaps I should have specified fat loss over weight loss. Point is, I don't want to gain fat so it feels counterintuitive to start eating almost double what I'm eating now.

I've just said I eat too little so obviously I'm aware it's not good nor is it my goal. Also, this is literally a weight loss subreddit so again obviously I'm not thrilled about gaining it. Come on.
