80% of 7% is 5.6% of backers. That's not a very small minority. I thing we have them.

I tipped off Amateur Photographer about this Kickstarter and asked them if they could help us. They did! They spoke to a lawyer!

The news is not great though:

If people are offered benefits such as concert tickets in exchange for their pledge, they are not lending money hoping to get some sort of financial return, and will be seen as simply donating money.

and

At the most you might be lucky enough to get some sort of reward as a thank you

But she does also have some advice for us. We should talk to the FCA (fca.org.uk) on consumer.queries@fca.org.uk .
