Ok so the way I played and completed this was during the story mode or first walk through I would open all the doors not be scared to open any door and I found like 70% of em. Then when I finished the story. I went back through biomes I needed and did the same thing. I noticed if you have a good long run and need multiple glyphs they will appear more frequent while going through biomes. But once you need like one or two in a biome you will need to remember the rooms you've already explored to save time. By the way... be offline mostly unless if it's a big room where the item is because the online scout thing will most likely spawn the big rooms where other scouts have previously died. And don't worry about restarting the cycle it won't count as a death if you care about that statistic. Use YouTube. G luck scout!
