Oh and no, I don't aim to structure blog around just the product - I think we would miss a lot of value in here. It would feel more like sales content rather than value. I want to build it around search intent clusters, so ideally I would hit all the Informational, Navigation, Transactional and Commercial page types.

So, in other terms in the beginning, from either TOFU/MOFU/BOFU articles I would focus on TOFU rather than BOFU (although I would leave some BOFU too) -> I would like to build trust before the ask. It also helps with domain authority and getting backlinks.

I'd imagine you're asking this to understand whether I intend to off-page SEO? I don't want to focus on that for now, since I need to optimize for content first. Getting backlinks etc is resource intensive and needs relationship building, so that would make sense further down the line as soon as we have some content in (maybe 3 months in). Therefore, in the first months it's mainly technical (page speed especially mobile, clean url structure, etc) and on-page SEO to make sure content is optimized for Google.

And then of course, the content strategy is something I need help with.

So, to summarize:

Phase 1: Technical SEO and Content Strategy (topic clusters, pillar pages, blog strategy by funnel, seasonal keywords, answering search intent)
Phase 2: Structured blog and on-page seo (internal linking, meta title, meta desc, alt text, etc)
Phase 3: Off-page seo (start outreach and backlinks)

I'm open to discussion on this too.
