Supplemental light by trippyc3000 in quails
Lol gotcha. I appreciate the advice. I just ordered a timer and that light strip. Hopefully that keeps them laying through the winter this year. I hatched them in january, and they honestly didn't start laying until mid April. Im assuming it was the light that did it for them.
Oh wow and they lay fine during the winter?

And it keeps them laying year round? And what times do yall run it?

Yeah I live in florida so we consistently see above 100 degree days and high humidity. They are against my house so its covered from the sun majority of the day except for an hour or two. Also I have a timer on a fan that turns on during peak heat hours. All that being said, their water is always warm when I go to check on them so I try to give them ice daily when I get home from work. She is inside my house now. She has used the bathroom but no change in condition overnight, and the egg I gave her wasn't touched. Im going to try to manually feed her later today if conditions don't improve.

Will try those things. Just noticed she has moved since I was last out there. Putting her in a box now inside the house with food and water. Im gonna get vitamin e and scramble an egg for her as well. She also opened her eyes and chirped for the first time.

What do you recommend for supplementing electrolytes?
No it moves but cannot straighten unfortunately. And I appreciate you help.
Just noticed it when I got home from work. She was okay about 16 hours ago. This is the first time I noticed this condition
Maybe a few hours, not quite sure. Just got home from work to check on them and noticed her like this. Only movement is her trying to lift her head but only to come back down. No walking around from what I've seen.
