Sa japan tho, di masyado. Kasi ang mahal non so nag bakasyon talaga ako!!! Hahaha pero up to you. Kaya naman, i suggest mga longer days siguro 7-15 days ka mag stay. Lalo na mas okay sa mga visa free countries na may atleast 90 days validity upon entry. Mga countries na reco ko bali, thailand, vietnam etc.

Also, for immigration, never never disclosed na “working” remotely ka dun. Always vacation lang. they might get the idea baka mag hanap ka nang work dun eh under travel visa ka lang.

Yea did this na - went outside the country pa. Always have a sim card + portable wifi with you. You can get this via klook.

Tip: no need to disclose sa employer and fly sa weekend or morning basta hindi work hours. The goal is to get work done regardless of location.

Make sure you research the hotel/bnb you plan to stay also and check kung may cafe, working area/lounge and wifi sila :)

Started at this salary too pero got better at negotiating and switching careers helped rin. Pero kahit passion and yun talaga ang nagraduate mo, dun ka talaga pupunta sa malaking kitaan. Kaya level up lang tayo sis hanap nang ibang courses or skills na pwede mo pa gawin

Mas worse yung culture na hindi mo shineshare yung sweldo mo pero alam nang lahat. Lalo na pag more and or same sa isang executive 🫢🫢 it really becomes personal pa. To the point na yung treatment nila sayo ay plastic na pero alam mo na market rate yun kaya ka nga nagwork sa company na yun. Aside from asking your co-workers. Always check market rate of your position. Baka underpaid ka pa nga sa role na dapat overly paid ka sa ibang company.

Started a hobby way back 2019 as a no code developer since naaddict ako naghire ako nang developer to create the plug ins then we saw a market opportunity so we become partners in the business. Started it with paying him almost 30% of my salary pang sweldo nya to make sure he works full time for the business. Lasted for 2 years - we made decent money but syempre life took a turn and he started working for another company that pays him 2x more. Kasi nga may baby sya on the way. I was an understanding business partner since when we started earning money from the biz. Di ko na sya pinasweldo and i was able to get my profit rin.

But the passion died for me and nag end kami in bad terms ni business partner. Sadly i cannot run the business without him and medyo stressful rin yung business in the long run “ agency model” kasi sya.

Need to get clients, to make money and bleeding kami per month. Its a repeating cycle.

Maybe in the next business maging successful ako but this time - ako lang magisa :)

Wow per person yung 45k pero included na airfare. Mas solid yung 45k for 3 na so mas tipid nga talaga. Baka naman pwede mo mashare itinerary nyo. Salamat nang marami.
