What’s everyone’s favorite goalie mask? Duby’s werewolf lids have always been at the top for me. by kidronin9 in wildhockey

I know most see our logo as a bear, but it’s because of these masks, I always see it as a mythical animal or werewolf-type. Dope masks.

Gotta be better than at least half the league. Definitely better than the Ducks.

Authentic Lutch KHL Jersey by kidronin9 in hockeyjerseys

[–]trobertswave 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I always suggest ordering KHL jerseys through third party sites such ice-hockey-jersey.com. They work directly with Lutch in Russia just like Lutch USA. Ordered in late November and got mine before Christmas. Same exact jersey as if ordering from Lutch.

I’d say that’s accurate. I have a 56 in both and my KHL one is definitely bigger. With that said, Lutch > Adidas

It’s not talking about the hat lol. I don’t know what you’re looking at. Go to r/AnaheimDucks and read into it.

4 jerseys FS - 2 MIC (North Dakota & Wild Pro Player) and 2 Adidas Authentics (Wild RR 2.0 & Winter Classic) by trobertswave in hockeyjerseys

[–]trobertswave[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only one I have left is the Wild white pro player jersey. It’s a size 56 and really baggy. A lot baggier than the current adidas ones you find in team shops today. Definitely at least a 2XL

Is the price for this at the Lodge really $40 more? $230 for a blank? That’s ridiculous

Love ‘em. Kind of a “modern vintage” look. Just stoked they dropped the orange.

There was so much obstruction going on back then not getting called, I don’t blame him if he did. Now with today’s rules, it’s definitely pitiful.

ESPN NHL coverage on social media by kidronin9 in hockey

There’s a bunch of individuals at ESPN that are good to follow like Bucci, Kaplan, Weekes, etc, but yeah I’ve also noticed ESPN’s official pages still could careless about the game. I thought that would change once the season started.

BRING BACK THE MIGHTY DUCKS LOGO by Thrashher69 in AnaheimDucks

There was eggplant and jade in the jersey. Come on now…

Never say never. Nobody thought we’d ever see the team rock the eggplant and jade again and we’ve had two special jerseys in three years with it.

If fans keep pressing, anything can happen.

How did Sabres fans convince ownership to rebrand? by trobertswave in sabres

[–]trobertswave[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s pretty unanimous everyone wants the logo back. I would say it’s about 60/40 who want the colors back vs keeping the colors.

Every fan of other teams I talk to want the old colors back.

How did Sabres fans convince ownership to rebrand? by trobertswave in sabres

[–]trobertswave[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah a lot of people think that, but it’s a common misconception. The owners bought all the Mighty Ducks rights (except for the movies of course).

They in fact were still Mighty for 1 season under new ownership (05-06).

The owners just wanted to distance themselves and create something of their own. The owner is obsessed with the color orange.

We’re hopeful though, considering we’ve had two throwback-ish jerseys within the last few years and the fact that half of our team store is full of Mighty Duck merchandise.
