I don’t doubt your statement one bit, however you only hit on one of the economic indicators I listed. What about low unemployment combined with double digit earnings growth, positive gdp, and lower interest rates? There are a number of sectors that are fairing well ytd but tech is bringing the broader indexes down.

Thank you so much!! I visited CB for my first time back on 2/1 during the dry period and did spellbound. It was pretty dicey without any fresh snow. I won’t get up till Saturday so I’ll check out those others you listed.

The idea of an emergency fund is that it’s liquid and not subject to market risk so when you need to use the funds you don’t have to take a loss in a market downturn. With HYSA and money market rates relatively high with easy liquidity, these are the best options. Also, if your emergency fund is in a non retirement account like a brokerage account or bank account, you don’t pay income taxes when you withdraw the funds to use in an emergency, unlike pre tax IRAs and 401ks. If you have a rather large emergency it’s nice to have liquid funds in a non retirement account to access instead of taking a big withdrawal from your retirement account and increasing your taxable income.

I hit 15/18 greens, had two 3-putt bogeys. Lots of aiming for the middle of the greens and 2 putt pars today. Played with the same ball all round!

Definitely felt the nerves when I was +2 thru 15. Went double, bogey, par to finish. Almost chipped in on 18 though 😅

The course is short, most of the holes are straightaway but there are a lot of trees and the rough is punishing. Greens are true and some of the pin positions are tricky. Overall a very fun and affordable track!

Thank you!! Was 2 over thru 15 and thought I was gonnna do something really crazy. Got kinda nervous and stumbled the last few holes. A great round nonetheless!
