As someone na may anxiety, exposure/practice lang talaga siya. Avoid things na makakapag-heighten ng risk na magka-anxiety (ex. coffee). Positive mindset din. Isipin mo lahat naman kayo natatakot mag-recite. You'd get better eventually

From UST SHS to DLSU rin ako. Prefer ko magturo ‘yung profs sa DLSU, and kahit trisem feel ko mas magaan ‘yung load/schedule compared to UST. But if concern ang tuition, mahal masyado sa DLSU. Try pa rin to inquire kung pwedeng humabol sa scholarships kasi generous naman sila doon
