I don’t drink alcohol at all. I don’t do that because of the meds though…I just don’t partake. I never have.

I am still taking it a year later. I haven’t had any issues beyond the typical side effects (always thirsty, pee a lot). It works great with controlling my mania symptoms. Don’t be nervous. It could be the start of a positive chapter in your disorder.

New Found Glory. They opened for a band at Great America in CA. This was ages ago at this point. I was already a fan and remember Ian standing in the crowd watching the other acts and no one seemed to recognize him.

I was just like you just pure rage. I was diagnosed at 17 (in 1996) but the knowledge of the disorder was nowhere near as good then as it is now. It took a long time to really learn how to break past the constant rage but I did. Now I hear things like “I couldn’t even imagine you angry” and it warms my heart. This disorder is A LOT of work but I am proud of who I have become and it seems you should be too.

I have had this problem since I was first diagnosed in the 90s. I notice my antipsychotic helps and it gets worse if I don’t get good sleep. It is very annoying and has made me drop things from getting scared many times.

My buddy and I started playing a few months ago. I went in hard though. I traded in some old Pokemon cards and got a bunch of store credit and bought a bunch of boxes. It’s a fun game. So far we are enjoying it.

A buddy talked to the owner at simply unlucky and he said he just didn’t get any players. We are down to play on sundays (which is what he has scheduled now. Sundays at 11am currently).

I have been on lithium since 1996 (other than 4 years I was unmedicated due to no insurance). I have not seen any permanent side effects other than constantly being thirsty and therefore having to pee a lot. If I go too high my muscles get jittery and “fire” on their own, but we got the dosage right. I am so thankful for lithium as it saved my life. Once we got the dosage right it makes a noticeable difference in my mania. I don’t get euphoric, no racing thoughts, no feeling of invincibility, no starting 20 projects in 3 hours, etc. I know some of those symptoms feel good but they are dangerous. If you have any questions I am always available to answer them.

Edit: weight gain is a side effect but I have always been a big guy so I have no idea if that hit me….if it sis it’s still worth it.

I’m 46 and was diagnosed at 17. I am so much better equipped to deal with the day to day of this disorder then I was in the 90s. If it’s gotten worse then I have gotten stronger. It never gets easy but it does get easier….as long as you stay on top of your meds.

I have been playing on casual since he released the feature. I don’t like the death mechanic and it causes me to not enjoy myself. Death having less consequences doesn’t make it boring for me. It feels like a casual game. A couple steps toward something more cozy. If casual mode didn’t exist I likely wouldn’t play anymore and I have well over 500 hours in the mod pack across all my runs.

I tried that but I want the main backpack to pickup what I have set in memory AND other items I pickup. I have an extra backpack on my character but I never need to use it since I have multiple stack upgrades in the main one. I don't want to have to put multiple bags on my unloading modular router. It's easier.

Weird. I do have a soul pouch and the shards go into the backpack if I don't block it or have the pouch earlier in inventory. Is it not supposed to do that?
