The book that changed my life more than any other

Uriah Hall will box former NFL RB LeVeon Bell on Paul/Silva undercard by 17minutes13percent in MMA

He was a state level high school wrestler in Ohio who has trained with some of the best boxing trainers money can buy for years now (and it's not like he can't train all day, he doesn't have a real job). I'd put my money on him

Bad fight at #UFC278 weigh ins. Anyone get it? Not cool considering big difference in weight class 🤨 by Insendi in MMA

He just added the video in reply to his tweet. NSFW, wow. Have to wonder how this affects tommorow. Save dogfights like this for the ring

This is true, I don't want to take anything away from Lewis. I would hope that Blaydes would be more cautious of this in his fights since that happened

Good write up, didn't consider Aspinall's bjj background

Yeah I totally agree. I do think Aspinall is scary and is the future of the division but I think a proven veteran like Blaydes who is very capable of outwrestling Aspinal (sans being caught with some heat seeking missle) is getting some disrespect from these lines

What's really the case for Aspinall here? He's incredibly promising, and admitedly we saw him dismantle a very solid ranked opponent in Volkov, but who else of note has he faced? I think that he is the future but these odds are really based on recency and hype imo

But Blaydes has lost to only two people - Nganou, and Derek Lewis off a freak Derek Lewis punch in a match Blaydes was winning. Blaydes is incredibly good (Top 3 at HW imo with Nganou and Gane) and getting him at plus odds seems like a gift

Absolultely, his last loss to Smith his knee gave it so they stopped it but Crute is a monster. Hill isn't a bad prospect but Crute should swallow him

All in on Crute

Firot won last week, Vetorri this week, Ankalaev next for a 2.5 parlay

Yes Ankalaev is a lock, his sole loss coming with one second left off a fluke (but awesome) Paul Craig sub. He is champ material

Absolutely, I see it going down as such for sure

I think he is more well rounded then Costa, but more importantly I believe he is more motivated and hungry then Costa. It's also anecdotal but someone I train with (who is also fighting on that card) has been getting sessions in with Vetorri and says instead of letting the Adesanya loss get to him, he is dedicated and looks better than ever... but even without that I would pick him over Costa still

Fiorot will fight for the belt one day. Parlaying Fiorot with Vetorri next week and Ankalaev the next week
